1) Ten countup and ten countdown timers.  Click buttons.  Witness time slip by.
    1) Each timer has start/pause, reset and configuration buttons.
    2) Colors are configurable for each timer.
    3) Countdown timers require a starting time amount to be set. They also get
       reset to their configured time.  When a timer expires, you can configure
       it to:
        1) Play a WAV file of your choice.
        2) Pop up a message box stating the timer expired.
        3) Pop up a system tray balloon tip stating the timer expired.	    

2) Hotkeys
    1) Ctrl+1 through Ctrl+0 will start/stop the first ten countup timers.
    2) Ctrl-Shift+1 through Ctrl-Shift+0 will reset the first ten countup timers.
    3) Alt+1 through Alt+0 will start/stop the first ten countdown timers.
    4) Alt-Shift+1 through Alt-Shift+0 will reset the first ten countdown timers.
    5) Hotkeys are NOT global.
